Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped?

Yes, as long as the item has not shipped. If you do receive an order that was canceled please accept delivery of the item and call or email our Customer Service Center and we will schedule the return free of charge.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?

You may return any item within 7-days of delivery for a refund. **All items must be unopened, unused and in the same packaging it was delivered. If a return is missing items or is used we will not be able to accept it.**

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturer defect please return it within 7-days of delivery and we will replace the item free of charge. If the model is sold out and/or unavailable we will provide a refund on any defective/damaged items.
